Hold it up to the can horizontally. Make sure the bottom of the paper touches the bottom of the can. Fold the top part of the paper down along the inside of the can. Wrap it around the can. Choose the color you want from your construction paper. Wait a few minutes for it to dry. Make sure the paper is secure then glue the one side of the paper and connect the sides of paper together. Cut a little of the extra paper on top off with your scissors. Then glue or tape it in place.
